QUEST I -- 9th GRADE
LIFE TEEN RETREAT – 10th GRADE
The mission of these retreats is to lead teens to a closer
relationship with Christ, and to help them live out their
Catholic Faith by being active in their Faith community.

TEC RETREATS (To Encounter Christ)
TEC is a three-day weekend retreat program that focuses on
the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ - our mission
is to provide a personal encounter with Jesus Christ. Youth
must be at least 16 years of age and a Junior in High School. |

HOLY GROUNDS COFFEE HOUSE
Holy Grounds is a place for Senior High Youth to call their
own featuring live music, karaoke and D.J.’s It is
a gathering place for young people to spend time with friends
and enjoy a pop, juice or cappuccino. You can also enjoy
a game of pool, air hockey, foosball, Play Station II, and
movies. The Coffee House is open most Saturday evenings
from 7:00 – 11:00 pm |

SENIOR HIGH BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors assist with the running of the Holy
Grounds Coffee House. They plan the events, schedule the
bands and entertainment and help in making the decisions
regarding the Coffee House. The Board is comprised of parish
youth grades 10-12, and the Director of Youth Ministry. |

CATHOLIC HEART MISSION TRIP
The Catholic Heart Mission is first to serve others in any
way needed. We reach out to revitalize and beautify homes
of the elderly and others who cannot afford needed repairs.
We also work in food distribution centers and interact with
children of low-income families at day care centers. This
is a weeklong trip that we plan to take each summer.

SHARING & CARING HANDS
Sharing & Carting Hands is one of the many service sites
that our young people will work at as part of their Confirmation
preparation program. |

|
FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN
Youth in our Confirmation Program participate in this program
by helping to package food that is shipped to starving
children around the world. This is part of their service
hours. |
|
|
|
 |
|
MAGNIFYING ABILITIES
This is a social and recreational program for persons with
mental and physical disabilities. As part of their Confirmation
outreach, our teens take part in assisting the disabled
at different events such as dances, hobbies, sports, sleigh
rides, etc. It is a great awareness and growing experience. |

DOROTHY DAY CENTER
This is a center for the homeless street people. This year
Senior High Youth Ministry will put on a Christmas Concert
for these people. |

|
NET MASSES/LIFELINE MASSES
These are exciting monthly Catholic youth events at the Net
Center in St. Paul. Watch the bulletin and your mail for
upcoming events. |

|
SKI TRIP
Each year during Spring Break week, the Senior High Youth
plan a Ski Trip to Big Mountain Resort in Whitefish, Montana.
We travel by train and the cost is minimal. All 9th through
12th Grade youth are invited to go on this exciting trip.
