Summer Stretch
Summer Stretch – 2011
Summer Stretch is a Gospel-centered program for those entering 7-9th grade next fall. Those entering grades 10-12th are peer mentors throughout the summer program. Our desire is that this program will help and encourage students to put their faith into action. In the morning, participants reflect on the Word of God and participate in service projects. In the afternoon they will go to an area recreational facility. Young people from more than 50 churches in the Metropolitan area have a Summer Stretch program. The program concludes with an all-day celebration at Valley Fair.
