Cheerful Givers
Our mission is to share God’s love with the poor and the marginalized in our society by donating food, necessities, and gifts that help them maintain dignity and hope in their lives. If you are looking for a fun way to become involved at St. Michael, please call Jen at 447-4552.
2012 Food Donation Rotation Program Schedule
Benefits the CAP Agency. Drop off items in bins at church exits.
- January – 1 lb bags of rice
- February – 18 oz jars of peanut butter
- March – Canned Corn/Pease
- April – Soup
- June – Complete Meals (stew)
- July – Boxed Potatoes
- August – Canned Fruit
- September – Personal Care Items
- October – CASH for Meat
- November – Tuna
- December – Cereal

Fresh Start
Soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, etc. for the poor are collected at the Fresh Start bins at all the Church entrances. These items are distributed to organizations such as the Franciscan Brothers of Peace in St. Paul who assist the poor and homeless.
